This lip plumper is absolutely out of this world! I’ve used many in the past and this is now going to be my go to! It really makes my lips plumper and well moisturised! It does tingle ( which I personally love, as you feel it’s working) but it isn’t uncomfortable, and the sensation goes away quickly without losing the plumping effect. I will certainly be purchasing this again!
