  • All treatments require an initial consultation.

  • Only individuals aged 18 or over may receive treatments.

3.1 Deposits & Payment

  • Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure a booking.
  • Full payment may be required for some advanced procedures.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the cancellation period has passed.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit or full treatment fee.
  • Re-scheduling is subject to availability.

3.3 Refund Policy for Treatments

  • Refunds are not typically provided for medical aesthetic treatments once performed, except in cases of procedural error or negligence.
  • Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure treatment effectiveness; failure to follow instructions may impact results but does not entitle refunds.

Legal Note: In the UK, non-surgical aesthetic treatments are considered medical services, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows refunds only if the service is not performed with reasonable care and skill. This is why most clinics do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

  1. Online Product Purchases
  • Products are sold via our website and shipped to the address provided.
  • Orders typically take 5–7 working days to arrive.

4.1 Refunds for Products

  • Refunds are only provided if the product is returned in original, unopened packaging.
  • Customers must contact the clinic to request a return.
  • Once the product is received and verified, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs may not be refundable.

4.2 Subscription Payments (if applicable)

  • Any recurring subscription payments (e.g., treatment packages with multiple sessions) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • Customers may cancel future payments at any time according to the subscription terms, but already completed services are not refundable.
